TIPS FOR PRICING YOUR UNIT
 
  • Spend time getting to know the market.  Look in the paper and attend open houses
     
  • Ask the realtor to provide you with comparables of units that are Active, Under Agreement and have Sold. Look at the size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition of the unit, and amenities
     
  • Do not over price your unit if you want to sell it.   The first few days are the most critical.  This is when most people will notice your property.
